Joaquin Celebrates His 1st Birthday!

Joaquin’s lst birthday party celebration attended by hundreds of friends and family was a FUNtastic and memorable one for all!

As you entered the Legacy Ballroom at the Hawaii Okinawa Center, guests were not only greeted by the lovely ladies at the reception table but also by a beautiful photo blanket made with adorable snapshots of Joaquin.  I LOVED the sweet touch of the blanket and thought it was so unique, creative and such a “warm” way to welcome everyone!  The entire ballroom looked so festive and happy with a bouquet of blue, yellow, green & white balloons at each table (and there were lots) along with the centerpieces.

The Booth got super busy and it was great seeing both familiar and new faces as they dashed in and out throughout the party!  Guests had a blast with our awesome collection of props (with new ones added for the party) which they got so creative and went to town with!  And, oh my goodness there were folks who even wore multiple hats stacked up on top of each other and guys trying to “catch” a wave with the boogie board on da carpet no less!  This was a really fun-loving group of people.  The laughs were non-stop and the photos hilarious and crazy!  We invite you to “LIKE” and visit us on Facebook where you can tag and comment on all the cool & wacky pics.

Besides the entertainment provided by The Booth, there were lovely hula dancers, a great balloon and magic show, music, prizes, a wonderful slideshow of Joaquin’s first year, and our on-going “live” slideshow of images of the guests as they took pictures in the photo booth being projected on a huge wall in the ballroom!  Everyone got a free “trip” to Vegas (without leaving town) thanks to our super cool “Vegas Baby!” backdrop – everyone was a winner!

Thanks for inviting us to join in on all the fun and festivities at Joaquin’s lst birthday party!  Joaquin we hope you had lots of fun too and we wish you a very happy and special birthday year!

With love . . . Aunty Kim and Val
